My parents have taken all the grand kids Geo-Caching for treasures. I had no idea what it even was until this summer. We headed towards the Grand Canyon for a good time. We were on all these dirt roads looking for our treasure. It's really fun! You need a GPS and then look on-line for the coordinates for the hidden treasures (mostly toys, but they got a $50 walkie talkie set) all over the U.S. You leave a surprise behind in the cache for the next person to find. If your interested get on-line and learn all about it. This is us wandering through the Arizona wilderness near the Grand Canyon. My parents have four Bichon Frise puppies right now and they were so adorable. We are teaching Maddy "soft" , but she hasn't quite grasped the concept! My Dad has had lots of medical problems the past two years with losing his 3rd kidney transplant. He's been back on dialysis which is extremely hard on the body, but the only way to live without another transplant. My mom has become his little nurse with home dialysis. They are my HEROES! We love you!
When we got home we let Maddy play around before we put her to bed. We've been practicing walking with her. She's been walking around the couch since she was 7 months old, but will only take a few steps on her own. She was clapping and doing the kissy fish while taking 7 steps!Maybe she'll walk before her birthday!

The pics are darling. It looks like you guys had a great time. Did you cut your hair?? It's really cute.
P.S. Please let me know if you need any help with Maddy's birthday...I would LOVE to help!
I still can't believe you pasted right by, and didn't even stop. It's okay... I know that you were having a stressful day. I'm coming up thursday... wanna meet me somewhere for lunch? Cute hair... I really like it. I actually just chopped mine off too. Great minds think alike. Fun pics... I really like the close up profile of Maddy and the dog, and Maddy puckering up. Too cute!
I love the one of Maddy's kissy face! She's so cute. I like your hair too. I'm sad your were down south and I was up north. I'm never up there and the one time I am your not there. We went to the circus too. Darn, I wish we could have gotten together. Maybe next time.
I love Tuachan. They are always so fun. Hey, are you guys still planning on coming up?
Lacey,
Love the haircut! Your family is darling.
As for your question on my blog, preschool is going good. I would love ideas from you. Thematic, holiday activities...anything would be awesome!
So cool. What fun grandparents! You and Nate are looking HOT at Cinderella. Those puppies are so cute. Any for sale? Ted would kill me but I think Zoe needs a buddy. Hope your Dad feels better what a tough thing to go through.
