The Fast and Furious
My sister Natalie and I made a quick trip to Kanab this week. My mom needed some help getting her house ready for carpet. For a moment I wanted to shoot myself after we pulled over for the third time and still had an two hours left to drive. We finally made it in 5 hours.....just 1 1/2 hours longer than normal. Once we got there we began to work and get the rooms ready. I thought we were never going to get through some of the stuff. It was dangerous territory with a toddler in the midst of it! The best part of Kanab was my Grandma's 70th Birthday! She is the greatest blessing to our family. We are so blessed to have her love and kindness. She was the biggest help watching the kids while we were cleaning.

Sounds like quite the weekend. I'm glad you were able to relax a little at the party and in the hot tub... you didn't mention that part. Anyways, fun pics- especially of Maddy, her wild hair, and the dogs :-)

Happy B-day to your Grandma. Maddy sure does like cake...and it shows all over her face:) I'm glad you guys had a great time in Kanab. I'm sure Nate missed you guys too! Oh, I bought tickets for the Polar Express for Dec. 6th. I think you guys should come. The tickets were a litte cheaper because it's an off-peak day. Let me know what you think!
