Monday: We headed to the John Mayer concert with some friends. Colbie Caillat opened for Mr. Mayer. It was a excellent concert, but I believe he was a bit stoned. The Barney's got us tickets through coke (that's where Kade works) for $5. Unreal huh!
Tuesday: We went to the new Batman movie. I've always been a Heath Ledger fan, but I didn't see one part of Heath in that movie. It was great, but very Dark...ha ha... maybe that's why they call it "Dark Knight".
Wednesday: We headed to St. George in the morning Nate had a Demo for work. I headed to the Salon to have my hair done one last time by Kristie. It's been SEVEN years and I've got to find someone new. If I could I'd just fly to California to have her do it I would. Thanks for my awesome friend Angie who watched Mads for me. I'm giving her a sneak peak of what three kids could possibly be like. Then we made a mad dash to St. George to hit Tuacahn's Sound Of Music. Which I absolutely loved. Nate & Maddy spent most of the time up at the top after Mads chucked container at the lady in front of us. Over all it was a very well done production.
Thursday: We literally crawled out of bed and then ended up missing the Pioneer Day parade. I met up with Sloan and her little boys. We haven't spent much time together since High School. We took them to the park to enjoy the games and activities. We hit up the balloon stand, fishing, and the snow cone. I ran into Melanie another great friend from High School. I seriously couldn't handle the heat so we spent the rest of the afternoon just letting the kids play Sloan's house. My parents had just flown in from Rochester, MI where they had just spent the last week at the Mayo Clinic meeting with specialist about a possible 4th Kidney Transplant. We had dinner with them and went swimming.
Friday: Nate worked that day in St. George while Maddy and I went shopping. On our home we stopped to see another friend who I haven't seen in almost 3 years. Jenn and I were friends from H.S. and roommates in college. This weekend felt like my H.S. reunion.
Saturday: We headed up to the Gateway where we met up with the Litchenburg Family. They are a family that Nate baptized on his mission in California. We haven't seen them for over a year. They spoiled Madison by taken her to Baby Gap and getting her the most adorable outfit from head to toe. I guess it's time for Uncle Ryan to take some pictures again!
A couple of weeks ago we took a picnic to the park. We met up with my brother and his family. Nate has been taking Maddy to the park at night for an hour to give me a break. It's been so nice and she absolutely loves it. My nephew Gage with Oreos all over his face! Maddy can now say "Baketball".

What a fun and busy week for you guys! We probably just missed you while you were in town for the 24th! We were at the park too, but not for too long because it was way too hot, so we ended up hitting the swimming pool.
Wow... what a week... no wonder you enjoyed yourself so much on sunday. It was so fun to see you, and play with Maddy... shes a good girl... even if they are in the mischieveous stage. I will watch Maddy any time for you... free of charge... you don't always need to bring me adorable bows to bribe me... though they have been put to good use :-p
you are such a cute mom! What an amazingly fun week! What a way to enjoy the summer! Keep having fun!
seriously, do you ever just do NOTHING??? You guys are always going going going! SO fun. I love that you guys go to so many concerts too!
You definitley deserve some R&R (Rest & Relaxation). I'm glad you guys had a good time in St. George. Hey, when you find a good stylist....let me know. I am in the market :)
So, when are we going to get together?
You gotta Love St. George in July! Actually it hasn't been as bad as last year! I almost died. Hope your doing good. Your little girl is so cute and getting old! Time for another one;)
Busy but looks like a good time!
It made me tired just reading all you have been up to! Sounds like you had a great time.
I seriously get tired just from reading your schedule! But how fun! Hope you're all re-couped now!
Hi Lacy! You are looking as cute as ever.. and your little girl is darling! I found your blog through a friend :) I've got to say I love Kristie in Cedar too! I was so sad when I had to leave her and find someone else to do my hair. She is the best ever! Hope things continue to go well for you!
