We stopped to see Great Grandma Laird on our way home. She lives in an assisted living center. There was a bird in the common area that the girls loved. Madison told me that she wanted to live there too.

We've been so busy lately with life that Memorial Day Weekend was spent completely low-key in a beautiful cabin by Huntsville. It was so great to spend time together and with Lolo & Doug (Nate's Aunt & Uncle). We didn't care if there was a foot of snow between Sunday and Monday. It gave us an excuse just to be lazy.
