Education Week
Today I went to Education Week on BYU campus. I had never been before, but it is now something I would like to attend every year. Even if I just attend for a day! It was such an amazing spiritual experience that filled me up. My awesome friend Marcae went to the morning classes with me. Then my amazing mom came down for the afternoon classes. If you don't know my mom, she has this super contagious laugh that will make you laugh. Just in one day I heard amazing testimonies from Susan Easton Black (SLC Temple), Janice Kapp Perry (Primary Music she wrote), Anita Canfield (Holding on to Perspective), Merrilee Boyack (Comparing, Conforming, and Competing), Scott L. Anderson (Our Savior's Love), and Barbara Barrington Jones (Joy in the Journey & Fashion) we took two classes from her. We didn't even want to take a lunch break, but knew we would pass out if we didn't. I knew that I needed this, but didn't realize how much I REALLY needed it.
