Today I took Maddy to Ogden to visit Great Grandma Laird and to make the drop off. Madison went back to Idaho with Grandma Laird so that I could attend Education Week. Nate and I went to a late movie tonight and it felt sooooo weird. Hopefully we will make it to a couple more movies before our precious little stinker returns from being spoiled to death.

I haven't really practiced with Maddy since she took a nice dive down our stairs. Great Grandma Laird's house was a perfect place to practice. Miss you already Mads!!! Be good for Grandma and make sure to give her lots of kisses!

That sounds like so much fun. I heard Education Week is really good. Maddy is getting so big. She's so cute, love that hair! I would love it if we could get together sometime while you are down south next month, I would even meet you in Kanab one day if you want. I haven't seen Maddy in person yet, how sad!! Let me know when you will be down!
Hey...how are you doing with Maddy being gone? I'm sure that it's been nice to get some things done, plus it's good for her to get spoiled by grandma every once in a while... :) I'm excited for tomorrow. See you then!
That's so nice that you are getting some alone time with the hubby. I was talking to my mom the other day about how Grant and I haven't done anything with the just 2 of us since we had Grace. Enjoy the time together!!!
I'm so jealous you get to go to Education Week. I got to go to a few classes the year after I had Jaylee and my sister and I rotated- she watched Jaylee so I could go and I watched her kids so she could go the next day. It was such an awesome experience! Now, every year when August rolls around, I dream about going to Education Week. Take a little notebook and pencil with you so you can write stuff down that really gets to you- I still have my notes and it really helps me to read over them once in a while. Have fun!!!

I think It would be hard to go from full time Mom to a week of just being a couple again. Enjoy all the dates with your husband and enjoy education week. They are always good so I know it will be wonderful.
