We haven't been to Ogden to see Grandma Laird (Great Grandma Laird to Maddy) for quite a while. It's been long enough and so we met Linda, John, and Nicole there for the afternoon. She fell in December and injured her knee badly. We were glad to see that she was doing so well. Madison was once again was the center of attention. Nate flies in tonight from his meetings in Denver. Hooray!!! It will be great to get things back to normal.

Grandmas and grandpas are the best. What a great weekend. I am so glad to hear that Nate gets home soon. I know how tough it is when the hubby travels for work.
It's nice you have people to visit to help pass the time while the hubbie is gone. Speaking of pass the time... I really enjoyed chatting with you as we were both on our way home. I got off the phone thinking how sad it is that we don't live closer... like pickett fence neighbors... that would be awesome. BTW... my neighbor has their house up for sell. Want to move? Anyways... anxiously awaiting to hear from you- if you know what I mean!
I'm glad that you were able to go visit Great Grandma. I bet she loved seeing Maddy. How are you enjoying having a husband again? I'm sure it's been a good break for you.
