Madison had a successful transition to nursery today. Her teacher's the Bees were amazing and did this with all 10 of the kids in her class. I was very impressed. I had a hard time doing it with Kindergartners. WOW!
Nate and I love to go to the parade of homes. So does Madison! She charmed one of the home owners for this balloon. I'm a little scared of the kind of teenager she will become.
Everyday it seemed like all I wrote down were the little mischievous AKA naughty things she does. Here's a glimpse to what I mean. Here are the TOP 5 NAUGHTIES This Week!
5. Madison didn't want to go to nursery. She cried so hard that she got a bloody nose.
4. While I was getting ready, she climbed on the counter and started taking my glass dishes out of the cupboards.
2. I hadn't cleaned the dishes off the table from Father's Day dinner. Madison got up on top of the table and tried drinking out of a pitcher of grape juice...spilling it all over the floor. Then proceeded to eat the left overs on the plates. I've mopped the floor 4 times and it's still sticky in some spots.
1. She found a pair of scissors and cut up the shirt she was wearing!
I tried to leave the back door open so that Madison can come and go as she pleases, but she prefers the dog door. Nate put some rotten strawberries on the counter to be thrown out. She ate about 5 when I found her. All she said was "Mmm."
We went boating with the Atkins family on Monday. Thanks guys we had a blast.

I love parade of homes! I love the list of naughties too. You are so creative!
What a character! eric says the same thing to me...he says I am so lucky to be able to stay at home all day with taylor. He tries to tell meI should go back to teaching and he could be a stay at home dad! are we ever getting together?
Was that all one day?.. Maddy is a lot like Rylee. I laughed about the strawberries. Rylee is always finding stuff and eating it. When you ask what it is and tell her to spit it out she always goes "Mmmmm" and then swallows it. What mischievous girls! She is so cute! Nate sounds like a great dad. I am glad he had a good father's day.
Maddy is too cute! We had so much fun w/ you guys this weekend!!! Maddy's shoes are at our house. I'll put them in the mail this week.
I love your idea of Maddy's journal! It's hard to imagine that all that cute can get into that much trouble! Too bad for the shirt! That's a cute gymbo shirt! Bet you were wishing she was wearing something else!
What would we do without our amazing fathers and daddys? I love the photo journal you posted of Maddy... what a mischieveous little girl... it must be an age thing. Thanks for stopping on the way... it is always good to see you... even if we were duds... I love ya!
I am happy you guys are back from Vegas! Did you have a good time? How was the concert? We need to plan a day to take the girls swimming or something. I need your help majorly on my blog page, I bought some stuff but can't figure it out!
So did you ever find the steaks?
Way to go Madison! Give your mom a run for her money! Your naughtiness is very cute to the rest of us. And good for you Lacey for being able to laugh about it!
