I love holidays and V-Day is no exception. This year I had a horrible head cold. It took everything I had just to get out of bed and take care of these little sweeties below. I mustered up enough energy to have a candlelight waffle dinner with Maddy and Nate. Our 7th Anniversary was just a few days later and so we were able to celebrate our love and life together. Not to mention I was feeling much better!

At night when we were putting Madison to bed she told us to go and check our pillows to find a surprise. At school she had colored and cut out two hearts that said I love you.
